Education is the key to unlocking an individual’s potential. When I first became a teacher, my initial goal was to help create more engineers and focus on those students that needed the most support. Along the way, I realized that these students needed more than a basic education and my new mission became helping students to build a strong foundation of understanding and become independent learners.
